1. Scope of Services
   We provide wellness and beauty services delivered by trained professionals. All services are non-medical, wellness-focused, and intended for comfort, relaxation, and general appearance care only. Our services do not constitute medical treatment and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or care.

2. Eligibility & Suitability
   Our services are offered exclusively to female clients. By booking a session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have disclosed any relevant health conditions, sensitivities, or concerns prior to the appointment, and understand that services may not be suitable for all individuals. If you are pregnant, recovering from a medical procedure, or have any health concerns, you are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional before booking.

3. Client Responsibility
   Clients are responsible for providing a safe, clean, and private space suitable for the service, accurate personal and contact information, and timely access to the service location. We reserve the right to refuse, pause, or discontinue a session if the environment is unsafe or inappropriate.

4. Arrival Times & Delays
   We make every effort to arrive at the scheduled time. However, if services are delivered in clients’ homes, occasional delays may occur due to traffic conditions, access limitations, or unforeseen circumstances.
   Should a delay arise, we aim to communicate as promptly as possible and will always aim to deliver the full quality of service upon arrival.

5. Access & Security Arrangements
   Clients are responsible for ensuring that timely access is arranged for the therapist, including any required security approvals, building permissions, or hotel authorisations. Delays resulting from access restrictions or incomplete arrangements may affect the session start time.

6. Privacy & Session Etiquette
   To ensure a comfortable and focused experience, sessions are conducted privately and without interruption. We kindly ask that no recording, photography, or observation by others takes place during the session unless agreed in advance. Sessions are intended to be attended by the client alone to support comfort, discretion, and professional delivery. If these guidelines are not observed, we may need to bring the session to a close.

7. Professional Conduct & Respect
   All services are delivered with professionalism, discretion, and respect. Any inappropriate behaviour, requests outside the scope of the service, or conduct that makes the therapist uncomfortable may result in immediate termination of the session, without refund.

8. Professional Integrity & Non-Solicitation
   Our therapists deliver services according to established professional methods. Clients may not solicit, engage, or attempt to recruit therapists for services outside of our platform during or following a session.

9. Information Use & Integrity
   Information shared by us in connection with our services, including pricing structures, operational details, methodologies, and professional practices, is provided solely for the purpose of delivering the booked service.
   Any use of such information for purposes unrelated to receiving the service, including replication, evaluation, training, or third-party use, is not permitted. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services where requests for information fall outside what is reasonably required to deliver the service.

10. Results, Sensitivities & Expectations
    Individual experiences may vary. While many clients find the services beneficial, specific outcomes or results cannot be guaranteed. Temporary effects such as mild redness, sensitivity, or occasional bruising may occur in some cases and typically resolve on their own.

11. Booking, Cancellations & Changes
    Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
    Cancellations or changes must be made within the timeframe communicated at booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

12. Privacy & Confidentiality
    Client information is handled with care and confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Personal details are used solely for booking, communication, and service delivery purposes.

13. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability in connection with any service provided shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific treatment in question. This limitation applies to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Concerns & Resolution
    If you have any concerns regarding a service, we encourage you to contact us directly as soon as possible so we can address the matter promptly and fairly. We aim to resolve concerns through open communication and, where appropriate, informal resolution before any formal steps are pursued. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

15. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

16. Acceptance
    By booking and receiving a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
