Cancellation & Appointment Policy
We understand that unexpected situations may arise and aim to handle changes with fairness and clarity.
Cancellations or Rescheduling
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled more than 24 hours prior to the confirmed time will not incur any charges.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the confirmed appointment are subject to a full charge. Where possible, and by mutual agreement, an appointment may be rescheduled within the same day without charge.
No-Show
If the client is unavailable at the scheduled time or if the therapist is already en route and access is not possible, the session will be considered a no-show and charged in full.
Health Considerations
Client wellbeing is our priority. We recommend that clients seek medical advice before receiving any treatment if they have health concerns. Should a client be unable to proceed with treatments due to medical advice, a pro-rata refund for any remaining unused sessions within a package may be applied.
